Grill’d Kotara has the most amazing floor manager and staff. The team were working high tempo tonight, seating bookings, processing takeaway orders and servicing seated guests all while giving the most friendly, attentive service. I’d come here just for the service!

For a first time having grill’d this place has extremely nice, juicy burgers that dissolve in your mouth after each bite. The flavours come pouring out of the burger and onto the plate like a puddle of deliciousness. The barbie burger is what I went for, personally I wanted to see what all the fuss was about as it was all over tiktok with the constant trends and reviews about it all saying it was good, it definitely lived up to the hype with the burger itself but the chips, yes they had a tiny sprinkle of seasoning but it wasn’t enough to enjoy the chips as much as that amazing burger I just devoured. I highly recommend you come by here and try out the trend for yourself, it is one of the best burgers I’ve had, and couldn’t recommend it any higher! Definitely will be coming back.

Amazing experience at Grill'd Kotara. The burgers are always so fresh and yummy, they have the tastiest food deals. The staff are so friendly and nice. Lots of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options too 😄

Kaley and Kaitlyn served us and were awesome. They made a fuss over my six year old who insisted on paying with fake money. They were the epitome of kindness. I went back to tip them only to be told I didn’t need to. Best night out we’ve had in forever.

Same as other Grill'ds. In this era with very competitive market, it's unbelievable to see they still serve these tiny burgers for that price. And, .... it's NOTHING really special about their burgers and other food. The front staff made wrong order and the kitchen sent out the correct 'wrong' food. The staff gained back 1⭐ because they have no fuzz to make it right thereafter.

Kudos to the helpful, attentive and friendly FOH service, you all created a really nice vibe which should be recognised. Also the burgers are so nice, don't be afraid to try the vegetarian patty, the texture and seasoning is great. Great job BOH for your efficient expertise!

There’s not a better spot to stop for a Sunday evening bite. The level of customer service offered by a young employee by the name of Millen was absolutely brilliant. Excellent food, service and place eat with friends or the whole family.

We were greeted by an extremely kind employee who got us seated in a great spot to accomodate our 10 month old. He was quite professional and his demeanour had a great impact on our mood. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. All the staff were friendly which made the experience quite pleasant for us.
